I use these at night anytime I feel my brain is full of stress. Thinking about what needs to be done, all the things people need me to do, will I remember everything, etc! I cut the gummies into quarters and take what I need. 1/4 or 1/2 is what I usually and that’s does it! I get to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed! No drug “hangover”!

Best sleep ever!
I've tried many types of sleep aids and I haven't found any that worked as well as these. My mind used to race at night keeping me awake but once I started taking these, even if I wake in the middle of the night, I can easily fall back to sleep. Also, like the other reviewers, I feel well-rested-no funky or grogginess.
